A Clear, Fixed-Scope Review
The Freight Revenue Review is a fixed-scope administrative review of up to 10 customer-provided freight load files for possible documentation gaps or missed accessorial billing opportunities.
- Price
- $99 USD, paid before FJD begins work.
- Delivery
- Within 24 hours after complete intake.
- Your role
- You remain in control of every billing, claim, and business decision.
Before You Purchase
Please purchase this service only if you already possess the records you want reviewed. FJD reviews only the documents you provide; FJD does not retrieve records, contact brokers or facilities, or access customer systems.
FJD will never request passwords, passkeys, MFA codes, API keys, or direct access to your systems.
You should be able to provide, for each load where available:
- rate confirmation(s), including any revised terms;
- BOL, POD, or facility record showing relevant arrival and release times;
- lumper or other relevant third-party receipt;
- your invoice and line items already submitted, if any;
- relevant customer-exported communication about notice, authorization, cancellation, or revised terms; and
- written rules on deadlines, free time, increments, caps, approvals, or accessorial charges.
Please send copies, retain your originals, and redact information that is not needed for the review.
What This Service Is
This is an administrative document review. FJD organizes the supplied evidence, compares it with the explicit written terms you provide, identifies possible documentation gaps or unbilled candidates, and prepares a clear next-step report for your team.
This service is not legal advice, accounting, collections, freight brokerage, claims management, claims adjustment, factoring, contract interpretation, or a promise that any amount is due or recoverable.
What You Receive
For up to 10 loads, your report may include:
- an evidence register showing the documents reviewed;
- load-by-load findings aligned to the records supplied;
- potential documentation gaps or missing terms to investigate;
- illustrative arithmetic based only on explicit terms and inputs you supplied;
- items that appear already billed, unsupported, or not assessable from the available materials; and
- a practical, customer-controlled next-action queue.
Every finding is a prompt for your independent review, not a demand, invoice, legal conclusion, or recovery estimate.
What FJD Does Not Do
To keep the service focused, safe, and transparent, FJD does not:
- access private systems, portals, or credentials;
- retrieve records from brokers, facilities, customers, or other third parties;
- contact brokers, facilities, or other third parties on your behalf;
- submit claims or disputes;
- issue invoices, demand payment, or perform collections;
- provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, insurance, or contract-interpretation advice; or
- guarantee that an amount is valid, owed, accepted, invoiced, collected, or recovered.
You decide whether to investigate further, communicate with another party, invoice, pursue a claim, or take no action.
Complete Intake and Delivery Timing
FJD will deliver your report within 24 hours after complete intake.
Complete intake occurs when all of the following are true:
- your $99 payment is confirmed;
- you identify up to 10 loads for review;
- the supplied files open and can be mapped to a load or evidence ID, or missing items are clearly identified;
- you provide or identify as unavailable the relevant written terms and existing invoice information;
- you confirm that you have authority to provide the records and agree to these terms; and
- the submission contains no credentials, prohibited sensitive data, or request for work outside this service.
FJD will confirm the complete-intake time and your delivery deadline in writing. Payment alone—or an incomplete file set—does not start the 24-hour clock.
Your Responsibilities
You confirm that you have authority to provide the materials and request this review. You remain responsible for checking the facts, written terms, notices, prior invoices, credits, payments, and deadlines before you act on a finding.
Do not send passwords, passkeys, MFA codes, API keys, login links, bank or payment-card data, tax identifiers, government IDs, driver-license images, or unrelated personal information. FJD may pause or decline a submission that includes prohibited information, excessive sensitive data, unreadable core files, or a request outside the agreed scope.
Fee, Refunds, and Corrections
The $99 fee covers one review of up to 10 loads within the scope described above.
- Before complete intake: If FJD determines that the review cannot be accepted or completed within the agreed scope, FJD will provide a full refund.
- After complete intake: FJD will reasonably address documented factual transcription, arithmetic, or report-completeness errors reported within seven calendar days after delivery.
- No outcome-based refund: A refund is not due merely because the report identifies no candidate, another party declines an invoice, a claim is not pursued, or no money is collected.
- Work outside scope: More loads, system access, broker contact, claims/disputes, legal interpretation, or other expanded work are not included. Any additional service would require a separate written agreement, if offered.
Confidentiality, Data Minimization, and Deletion
FJD uses the materials you provide only to perform the agreed review, quality-check the work, address corrections or refunds, and maintain the minimum record needed for the engagement.
Customer-submitted materials are not used to train public AI models or shared outside the engagement except as required by law.
Please minimize and redact information before sending it. If you accidentally submit credentials or prohibited sensitive data, FJD may stop processing, notify you where appropriate, and arrange a safer replacement or deletion.
FJD will delete customer-supplied working copies and the delivered report within 30 calendar days after delivery, except where a longer period is needed for an active correction, refund, legal obligation, or your written request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FJD’s total liability arising from this fixed-scope service is limited to the fee you paid for the specific review. FJD is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from your decision to bill, not bill, contact a broker, or rely on incomplete or incorrect customer-supplied information.
Acceptance and Questions
By purchasing the Freight Revenue Review or otherwise confirming acceptance in writing, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the $99 price, the up-to-10-load scope, the 24-hour-after-complete-intake timing, the stated exclusions, and your control over all external action.
